All guest names and vehicle license plates must be submitted before check-in. 🌟 The Blueberry Hill Experience: Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, shooting hoops with the kids, or gazing at the stars with our telescope, Blueberry Hill is your all-season mountain escape, just minutes from the best of the Poconos. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home with the exception of a couple locked owner's closets. Other things to note ✔️ RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOT TUB WAIVER: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask you to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. You will need to complete this agreement in order to gain access to the home. ✔️ PROPANE GRILL: Please note that we work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We do not provide refills and ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane. ✔️ EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: If you're interested in upgrading your stay to check in early or check out late, please ask us 48 hours in advance of your arrival. We will not be able to confirm this any sooner. We do our absolute best to accommodate when possible as it is solely based on our current availability and the cleaning schedule. It costs $50 to upgrade your stay for each option. Early check in starts at 12pm and late check out goes until 2pm. ✔️We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID. ✔️ Per township ordinances you must be 25+ to rent our home. We cannot accommodate prom parties. ✔️ The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your trip. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather or medical related issues. We do not shovel the deck and fire pit area in the winter months but provide a shovel if you’d like to use those amenities.
