This application will require you to list all guests names, even day visitors that will be in the home along with license plate numbers. ✔ We do our best to accommodate early check in or late check out when requested. There is a $50 fee for both and this can be confirmed 48 hours in advance of your check in date. ✔ We do not refill propane tanks. We work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane. ✔We recently updated our fire pit to be one that burns wood vs. propane. A centrally located area of the Poconos where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy peace in quiet while being at one with nature. This home is in the woods with the community lake in the backyard. It's tucked away with a short drive to some of the Poconos' biggest attractions. Very conveniently located so you can relax but still easily take advantage of all the activities the Pocono Mountains have to offer!
