📌 Things to Note

✔ 4 steps required to enter the home. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (stairs required).
✔ No access to garage or locked owner closets.
✔ You will need to fill out a rental application and lake waiver upon booking. This application will require you to list all guests names, even day visitors that will be in the home along with license plate numbers.
✔ We do our best to accommodate early check in or late check out when requested. There is a $50 fee for both and this can be confirmed 48 hours in advance of your check in date.
✔ We do not refill propane tanks. We work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.
✔We recently updated our fire pit to be one that burns wood vs. propane. Please bring your own firewood as we do not provide it.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and community lake. There are some locked supply closets and owners' rooms. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Our lakefront escape is located in Henryville, PA. A centrally located area of the Poconos where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy peace in quiet while being at one with nature. This home is in the woods with the community lake in the backyard. It's tucked away with a short drive to some of the Poconos' biggest attractions. Very conveniently located so you can relax but still easily take advantage of all the activities the Pocono Mountains have to offer!

You will need a car to get around the area.

✔️There will be no refunds or transfer in dates due to snow or weather. Please purchase travel insurance when booking if you are concerned about winter snow storms which are very common in the Poconos.
✔ The lake is not for swimming.
✔ Dogs are welcomed. Pet fee of $150 applies. Up to 3 dogs allowed.
✔ No large parties, this is a spacious home for families and friends to enjoy in a respectable manner. A lot of hard work has gone into making this home a retreat and comfortable stay for our guests. We ask you treat it with respect. Extra cleaning and damages will result in additional fines.
✔We may request guest verification after your reservation is booked. This would include you to provide personal contact information and a photo of your ID and a selfie photo with your ID.

✔️ The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather or medical related issues. We do not shovel the deck by the grill and fire pit area in the winter months but provide a shovel if you’d like to use those amenities.
