✔️ RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOT TUB WAIVER: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask you to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. You will need to complete this agreement in order to gain access to the home.
✔️ PROPANE GRILL: Please note that we work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We do not provide refills and ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.
✔️ EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT:
If you're interested in upgrading your stay to check in early or check out late, please ask us 48 hours in advance of your arrival. We will not be able to confirm this any sooner. We do our absolute best to accommodate when possible as it is solely based on our current availability and the cleaning schedule. It costs $50 to upgrade your stay for each option. Early check in starts at 12pm and late check out goes until 2pm.

We had such a wonderful time staying here and will absolutely stay again! The host was very communicative and responded quickly when we requested some sand for the shuffleboard table. The game room and the patio were awesome! Incredible views and so close to town — we can’t wait to stay again!
Great house with an amazing view of the mountains. The kids enjoyed the large game room. The house is near the lovely town of Jim Thorpe. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful extended weekend at Cathleen’s place. The house is perfect for larger groups looking for a peaceful space with great views and plenty of outdoor space. The house itself felt like home, and was very comfortable and well-kept. Our 13 year old son practically lived in the game room. This is also a fantastic house for pets and our two dogs got to roam around and play in the large yard. The fire pit was a great touch as well. In terms of location, I liked that we had some privacy but were also a really short ride away from Jim Thorpe and Beltzville Lake. The location is also perfect for those looking to hit Skirmish or Pocono Whitewater, as it’s about 5 minutes away from the pickup point. Overall, would stay here again if we decide to come up to the area later in the year.
